Podcast Republic app is an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Podcast Republic at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Podcast Republic app unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

 

Personal Information

Your use of Podcast Republic may cause certain information, including information you may consider personal to you (“Personal Information”), to be stored locally on your Android devices (“Device”). This data includes specific details of the workouts you perform (“Practice Data”). We will treat your Personal Information and Practice Data as confidential (see relevant sections below), share your Personal Information or Practice Data with third parties, such as third party service providers and/or advertisers, without your permission. By default, Personal Information and Practice Data is stored locally on your Device. You may also opt to store Practice Data to our cloud server (see relevant sections below).

 

Sharing Information

Podcast Republic allows you to share certain information, such as your completed practices, with social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+. Podcast Republic will never automatically share your information to social networks and/or third parties without your consent. Podcast Republic is in no way responsible for the protection of any information that you choose to share with social networks. You and such social networks are solely responsible for the protection of such information. Please review any applicable policies and procedures of such social networks before sharing your information therein.

 

Aggregated Data Collection

Podcast Republic may automatically collect anonymous information regarding your interaction with, and use of, Podcast Republic. Information we may collect includes, but is not limited to, device identifier and hardware information, system type, and other information about your interactions with the Application. This data is never linked to your Personal Information or Practice Data, and we do not use it to identify you personally. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

 

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app we may collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

 

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;
  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
  • To perform Service-related services; or
  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

You are solely responsible for the protection of your Device, including any use of Podcast Republic or any storage of Personal Information or Practice Data incident to the use of Podcast Republic on your Device. Please consult your Device’s documentation on how to manage local storage and how to apply appropriate security controls to the Device for the protection of information such as passwords. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Device password. Personal Information or Practice Data that is stored on your Device is your responsibility. In the event that your Device becomes lost or inoperable, your Practice Data may not be recoverable (see relevant sections above).

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically, especially before you provide any Personal Information or Practice Data to Podcast Republic. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated below. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on www.podcastrepublic.net.
