A great podcast with knowledgeable contributors. If there's a flaw in it, it may be that it needs more viewpoints that conflict with Eamon's perspective. Anyway, this is essential listening.

For a self taught (unstructured) educated man, he approaches his subject matter in an unfettered way, has mastered good vocabulary and uses language appropriately. I like the more mature man and his greater propensity to be more objective, unlike the younger protagonist. :)

Dunphy is the most biased moderator of all current affairs podcasts i listen to, he is no more a political journalist than the man in the moon

He was a contributor to RTÉ’s soccer panel for 40 years and was the editor and presenter of the drivetime radio show The Last Word for five years in the newly established Radio Ireland (now Today FM).
