Description

Deeper Tunes of House is a sonic sanctuary curated by South African DJ and music storyteller Andy‑Deep (Andile Xaba). Rooted in a lifelong love for deep, soulful, and underground house music, the podcast is dedicated to showcasing the emotional, spiritual, and timeless layers of the genre. What began as a personal passion for meaningful sound has grown into a trusted platform for listeners seeking intentional, heartfelt, and carefully crafted musical journeys.

Influenced by both local pioneers and international tastemakers, Andy‑Deep blends deep house, soulful house, Afro‑inspired rhythms, organic textures, and underground gems into sets that move beyond entertainment—they speak to memory, mood, and the inner world of the listener. Each episode is curated to reflect authenticity, depth, and the essence of true house culture.

At the heart of the podcast is a desire to connect people through sound. Whether it’s discovering new music, revisiting classics, or exploring the evolving landscape of underground house, Deeper Tunes of House offers a space where every track has purpose and every transition tells a story.

Along the journey, the show also features guest mixes from talented DJs across different corners of the house music community—artists who bring their own perspectives, influences, and interpretations of what it means to go deep. These collaborations help broaden the musical palette while staying true to the foundation of the series: warmth, soul, emotion, and groove.

From mellow late‑night sessions and nostalgic throwbacks to uplifting Sunday sounds and spiritually grounded rhythms, each episode invites listeners to slow down, breathe, and immerse themselves in music that resonates.

Whether you're a long‑time deep house lover or a new listener looking for rich, meaningful sets, Deeper Tunes of House is your home for journeys that feel alive, honest, and beautifully crafted.
