Hi, This is health coach Wally Bishop and welcome to Wellness With Wally. In this podcast we talk about how to apply nutrition and lifestyle changes to reboot your health and happiness! In 2006, I weighed over 450 pounds and had many health problems. By learning about nutrition and adapting holistic healthy living principles, I was able to lose more than 220 pounds and have kept it off. By adapting these natural holistic principles I reversed many health problems including diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure to name a few. Who better to coach you than someone who faced the challenges you have, and has beaten them.
