Description

The Equestrian Tai Chi & United Energy Riding Podcast - Finding the Magic Moment of Connection in Every Movement. This podcast explores the deep energy connection between riders and their horses, sharing how equestrians can build a more intuitive bond by uniting in energy and movement. We discuss how horses are naturally sensitive to energy, and how riders can release fear and past tension to ride with greater confidence and harmony. Through conversations on energy or chi, we explore transforming from feeling nervous and separate from our horse into feeling calmer and more connected. Horses are wonderful energetic beings, capable of forming deep connections with us, this podcast highlights the horse. It is for riders who see their horses as energetic and spiritual beings like them, and who want to experience trust, flow, and harmony with their horse, creating a really special unique partnership that supports them both. Together is better!
