Premise is interesting with a good plot and worldbuilding. But the main character constantly sounds on the verge of tears which gets grating, the cuts to the past are sudden, and the needless extended mandarin dialog gets old quickly.

Podcast is likely completed, makes this perfect to enjoy at your pace. A lovely gem of an audio drama.

An unbearable melodramatic mc, forced and obnoxious extended Chinese dialogue, and some really iffy editing and stilted reading. Pass.

Great show! Amazing sound! Story is distinct by season. Characters are well defined and complex. Universe is quickly established and listener is both included and 'left out' just enough.

The voice acting is compelling and the sound design sets the atmosphere brilliantly. I'm worried about where the plot may end up going down the road, but I think if it stays in this psychological mystery theme, it can end out great.

Good premise, acting, and ambiance. The extended Chinese sections and exclamations start to feel gimmicky and forced after a while, though. There's a pattern to bilingual "switching", and this isn't it.

Great sound effects, excellent voice acting and a story that is slow but more and more interesting over time. Lost a star due to some shockingly bad editing, such as repeating dialogue and obvious missed extra words.
