Description

Christopher Kay and Viktor Krapivin both met at Rutgers University where they developed a deep love and respect for parliamentary procedure. Chris served as the Parliamentarian of the Rutgers Undergraduate Student Assembly (RUSA) and Viktor served as the Internal Affairs Chair.
