NEVER ask Ones Ready THESE QUESTIONS Again!
4646
On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast Aaron and Trent are fed up and go on a rant. Please understand this, we get hundreds of DMs, comments, and emails a week. Many of them are success stories, personal stories of failure, and some legitimate questions that we have not address in the show. Other messages we get though could easily be answered with a little bit of effort. That's where the frustration comes from. We wouldn't exist without you and in reality doing this and helping you out is why we started Ones Ready, but as aspiring AFSW, you also need to be able to put in a little work yourself and do some research. That's all we're getting at here. The podcast is a way for us to give back, serve each one of you, and build our community up with the most educated and well-train members. Work Ethic in AF Specwar

On this week’s episode of the Ones Ready podcast we discuss different work ethics each of us have and what drives each of us everyday. It's all about out working people. These aspects translate to taking care of team gear and team priorities before your own personal needs. Time management is critical in being successful for this when you have to go through things like Airman Leadership School, NCO Academy, SNCO Academy, PA school, family, training, or whatever you have going on in life. Gather around the camp fire kids, it's story time! This week the Ones Ready team tells a story from each of their own experiences. Some are funny, one is an impressive feat of mission planning and execution, one covers some challenges in Afghanistan, and one is about a tragic car crash. This is our first attempt at telling some of these stories and we'll look to make more of these...assuming people want to hear it! Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback. If you liked it and feel so inclined, please leave us a review. If we didn’t answer your questions, please let us know, and thank you for your support!
