Today's dominant narrative says Europe’s democracy is in retreat. The challenges are real – past generations saw democracy’s promises of liberty and prosperity deliver mixed results. But that isn’t the whole story. Throughout Europe, young leaders give voice to democracy’s impact in their day-to-day work.
