These prayers are a perfect way to start and end the day. I often play one as I'm waking up. They are a wonderful companion with morning stretches. And there is no better way to drift off to a peaceful sleep.
Based on scripture, the gentle background music, a beautiful voice - all make for a delightful, relaxing 10 minutes to unwind, refocus and connect.
