Doug J. Fine and Dr. Timothy Williams, Sr. have no-holds-barred conversations about pertinent and relevant topics about race. They are two Human Resources professionals, one Caucasian and the other African-American. They are friends modeling, learning and attempting to make a difference when it can be easy to talk past each other. Respecting each other and working towards understanding and concrete solutions is a high priority for Doug and Tim.
