Incredibly smart AND funny. They break these cases/suits/stories down so well for the layperson but I also love when they do a passionate deep dive on the legalities.

Not so Sweet James: Newest Housewife Noella Bergener Pt. I
52:37

Who knew a new housewife would bring us so many lawsuits to summarize? This episode focuses on newest Orange County Housewife, Noella Bergener, and her husband who goes by the trademarked and highly promoted moniker of Sweet James. Sweet James has gone through three divorces that we cover in this episode - his divorce from his first wife, his divorce from his law firm business partner, and his recent divorce from Noella. They say, there's nothing like a woman scorned, but after reading his former business partner's complaint, we think the saying should be amended to, "there's nothing like a former partner scorned." We had to split this into two parts because there was just so much alleged. A lot is unsavory so we want to reiterate that these were allegations made in court filings.

Thigh Lifts, Boob Jobs, and Melting Face Fillers: Medical Malpractice
01:08:06

In this bi-coastal Real Housewife medical malpractice episode we discuss the basics of what a medical malpractice claim is, why these types of lawsuits can be so difficult for a patient to prove and how malpractice insurance typically works. We give you some fascinating details about multiple malpractice lawsuits involving a RHOM house-husband nicknamed the "Boob God" and the Boob God's litigious response to negative reviews. Next you get to hear our commentary about the lawsuit between the RHOC's Nicole James and Terry Dubrow that ended up ruining Heather's $32K party. (The real crime is all that wasted sushi). Then we move on to a much more recent malpractice suit against Terry Dubrow and E! Entertainment, filed in federal court involving a thigh lift, and you guys, the complaint even has pictures. Head over to our Patreon for the docs if you aren't squeamish like Cesie and you share Angela's delight in medical details. Finally we end with a very recent malpractice lawsuit filed against Dr. Jen Armstrong with allegations of melting facial fillers. We end the episode with a discussion on fillers and litigation and we get extra nerdy with some peer reviewed studies in medical journals.

Post-Reunion Tom and Erika Girardi Update III
58:12

Did you catch us in the new Jen Shah documentary on Hulu? In this episode, we share about our experience on that and then dive head first into many of the questions we got from you about the Girardi cases and Erika's behavior at the reunion. You all asked us such great questions and we hope this clarifies things further. We will likely put a pin in Girardi until we get another large case development.

We have just launched a new YouTube channel with extra content and a Patreon where you can support us and get benefits! Links to those are available below.

Re-release - Shah Squad Fraud: The Arrest of Jen Shah
46:14

We usually release episodes bi-weekly but given what is happening on SLC right now, we thought we should revisit our original episode on Jen Shah. This episode was originally first released on April 5, 2021. We will continue our Erika discussion next week and return to publishing every other week again.

In this emergency episode we discuss the recent, shocking arrest of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member, Jen Shah. We explain how the alleged scheme functioned, what the charges against her are, our thoughts on Coach Shah's involvement, what a grand jury investigation entails, and how sentencing works. We can only assume this will be a multi-part series as Jen's case proceeds.

Post-Reunion Tom and Erika Girardi Update I
01:16:07

We were due for a Girardi update, weren't we? Now that the season of Beverly Hills is over, we thought we should revisit the Girardi cases and provide an overview of what has happened since we released our last Girardi update this past June. There have been HUGE filings and allegations made within the bankruptcies that we had to share. The parallels with the Teresa and Joe fraud case cannot be more similar.

Please listen to our past Girardi episodes for a refresher on the case. We have 4 episodes in total about this case. Our first was episode 4 where we talked about the basics of what it was alleged Tom did in the Edelson case. There we explained how settlement funds in contingency cases work and how what Tom was accused of doing is basic lawyer no no 101.

Our second episode was Episode 9 where we went over Big Frank’s disbarment over doing essentially the same thing on a lesser scale. We then discussed one of the several LA times articles where they talked about how Tom’s connections got him by.

Our third and fourth episodes about Girardi were episodes 12 and 13 where we dove DEEP into the timeline of how this came to be, discussed the various cases involved, discussed the bankruptcies and some concepts like privilege, divorces and how it could benefit Erika.

Joanna Krupa v. Brandi Glanville: Smelly Cat Part II
01:16:09

First, these are the time stamps for if you want to skip our very impressive dramatic reading of excerpts from the depositions of Brandi Glanville (11:00-14:03), Lisa Vanderpump (21:13-28:10), and Mohamed Hadid (28:54-36:49).

In this episode, the second and final part of our Joanna Krupa v. Brandi Glanville series, you will learn about motions to dismiss and punitive damages, and the summary judgment motions filed in this case, which include juicy details about the housewives contracts. You will get more tea via the court's rulings on detailed discovery requests, including why Joanna Krupa was ordered to turn her medical records over for inspection by the Judge. You will also hear what Krupa's (at the time) soon to be ex-husband testified about under oath, and hear Lisa Vanderpump and Mohamed Hadid's testimony. (LVP's testimony does not disappoint, even with Angela's attempts to read it whilst doing her best LVP impression.) We also tell you all about what Brandi said about the case on Howard Stern, we give you the details of the "salmon incident" and we explain how the case was finally resolved.

Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne: Case Update Part I
57:14

Following the documentary, The Housewife and the Hustler, we thought it would be helpful to revisit the Girardi cases and answer some outstanding legal questions. We took a list of the top questions we’ve received and answered them in a two-part case update. This first part discusses the timeline of events up through January 2021 and answers when we think Erika first learned of the cases, if a divorce can protect assets and what spousal privilege, freezing assets, and conservatorships are.
