The Unexpected Gift of Trauma
4349
For so many years, I believed that there was something inherently wrong with me and that there was nothing I could do about it. For so many years, I believed I was unworthy and unlovable. I then learned in 2017 that all of this was a big lie. The problem wasn't me. The problem was my unresolved childhood trauma. I was an adult child - and that there were other people who once felt exactly as I did and found a way to recover. That was the moment my life began. I have spent the subsequent years diligently working on unearthing the person I was always meant to be. In today's episode, I reflect on the divinely inspired journey that led me to creating this podcast and the truth that all of us are exactly where we are supposed to be experiencing exactly what we are supposed to be experiencing. AND THEN.... The Tale of 2 Brians continues. |
