First time listening. It took more than 20 minutes to get to the topic. I can't stand that. Blathering to reach the hour-plus mark with 15 minutes of content is ridiculous. If you just want to listen to women gab, this one's for you.

You have helped me get away from processed foods, & up my homemade game! It takes awhile to break or form a habit. Listening to these ladies helps feed the good habit of from scratch cooking, & get away from the habit of convenience foods!
