Charity is our calling- CIOC Humanitarian Initiative Co. Ltd. (CIOC HI) is a community-based charity in Uganda apparently covering many communities in Uganda, whose purpose is to improve the physical and social-economic well-being of people at the most basic level in order to stabilize their health and to enable them to establish viable existence.
