After a lot of trial and error I have got my pre baby body back and I'm healthier than I have ever been my entire life even being over 40!Getting healthy is a journey and I want to encourage you to put yourself first because lets face it, us mama's run the world and our littles need us. So stop letting fear hold you back, get the negative thoughts out of your head and take one step at a time toward sustainable health! Messy is better than perfect!
