I love this show. They have a more conversational approach to discussing the growing Murdaugh drama than the other two podcasts I've heard. It's more relaxed but still informative.

Episode #7. Fatal Boat Crash – Alleged Conspiracy & Cover Up
1697

In Episode #2 we dove into the boat crash that killed 19-year-old Mallory Beach. Paul Murdaugh, who was murdered in June, was charged with driving the boat at the time of the crash.

Now, an attorney, for Connor Cook (a survivor of the crash) has filed a petition to investigate law enforcement's role in the investigation. Was the investigation intentionally botched? Was there a cover up? Was there a conspiracy to protect Paul Murdaugh and place blame on Connor Cook?

We discuss what is being alleged and what the consequences may be?

We are joined again by former D.A. and legal expert John Snyder. He breaks down what is going on from a legal standpoint.
