Gangsta Island TV is an award winning podcast, hosted by Ken Lewis, dedicated to throwback hip-hop of the Golden Era (circa 80s/90s). The purpose is to show love and immortalize some of the founding fathers/mothers of the genre and give them their credit on a bigger platform.  You can expect a mixture of formats.  Some spotlight throwback artists, while others are Top 5 lists.  Gangsta Island TV is also a popular social media platform where these episodes are ANIMATED.  It is also a 2023 Webby award winner for social experimental and innovation.
