In this podcast I share my perspective on life, relationships and experiences as seen through the eyes of someone with mental illness, particularly CPTSD, anxiety and Bi-Polar disorders. I hope that sharing what experiences look and feel like from my point of view will help others like me feel heard and understood. I hope to also help others understand their loved ones a little better and help arm you with insights, perspectives and thoughts that may help you support them better.
