Welcome to The Dietitian Café RD2B, a podcast from Nualtra for dietetics students and aspiring dietitians, bringing honest conversations and practical insights into what it’s really like to train and work as a dietitian.
From clinical nutrition and public health to critical thinking, employability and life as a student or newly qualified dietitian, we explore the many facets of the profession alongside fellow students, early-career dietitians and expert voices.
And who better to lead these conversations than someone navigating the journey themselves?
This season, we’re delighted to welcome Giselle, a final-year MSc Dietetics student at King’s College London, who also holds a BSc in Nutrition (International) from the University of Leeds. Having a year’s experience studying Human Nutrition at the University of Kentucky and undertaking NHS placements, nutrition research and volunteering, Giselle brings a broad perspective on nutrition and healthcare, alongside a passion for making nutrition accessible, practical and relevant to people from all backgrounds. As host of The Dietitian Café RD2B, she’s looking forward to exploring the diverse opportunities within dietetics and sharing insightful, inspiring conversations with voices from across the profession.
