Ok, let's be honest you won't find me pumping my biceps on Instagram. I'm not doing this for approval, fame or fans or followers or attention or likes or views, I'm not doing this to be famous, I'm doing this for you. You are at the heart of everything I'd doing. We haven't even met yet, but we might in the future. Getting fit is a challenge and I help clients do this through rowing training, this podcast is my way of sharing the journey, training strategy and anything else that comes to mind whilst training clients. I'm Phil.
