A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu related podcast hosted by Professor Hayden Martz and Professor Ben Moore. Hayden is a BJJ Black belt under Tom DeBlass, owner of Flow BJJ, and founder of the Flow Sub Only in Maine. Ben is a BJJ Black belt under Alexey Pickerell, owner/photographer/videographer at ABG Creative, and an active Craft beer enthusiast.
The podcast has a variety of guests, and covers a variety of jiu jitsu related topics including beginners, competitors, mindset, longevity in the sport, and much more.
