A coming of age podcast that guide men and women through the obstacles that we men face on a day to day basis. We focus on mental health, self discovery, and paying it forward for the next generation. We hit on difficult topics and conversations that most people try to avoid having with our numerous guests. We are hoping to teach other so they won’t make the same mistake that we have made and give understanding to others as we all continue on our journey of healing and self discovery which is a daily journey.
