FitChic for Life is the podcast for women over 35 who want to be fit, happy and free. I teach women how to get their body to actually look like the effort they put into the gym, and I teach them how to do it WITHOUT tracking macros, counting steps, intermittent fasting or forcing workouts. I'll be answering questions like: Why am I not losing weight when I workout so much? How can I eat better? How can I trust myself around food? How can I be fit without counting macros or following eating structures? How do I make exercise something I want to do instead of something I have to do? How can I achieve a fit body with more ease?
