Let's talk about Men's Mental Health. This subject is near and dear to my heart because I love the men in my life, and I have 3 little boys I hope to raise into awesome healthy grown men one day! In this podcast I would like to spread awareness of the struggles of men, provide guys with advice and information on where/how to find help, and also to hopefully help women understand the way men think and that they are only human to. We will discuss topics like Dating, Depression, Anxiety, Personality Types, and of course Porn. This will be a Judgement Free zone. I want us to get very Real and have opinions, questions, and input from all people, though I want to focus on the Male perspective. No right or wrong answers guys, Let's just start the discussion!
