This podcast is hosted by me, Damon Rice, an Astate sophomore who is looking to make an impact not only on campus, but also possibly reach the world. I am passionate about fitness and changing your life in a way that’s for the better and to help see potential in yourself that nobody else does. I am a firm believer that the mind can be your biggest weakness or your greatest strength if you know how to control it.
