We were founded by Sean Fargo in 2014. We offer free mindfulness worksheets, guided meditations, guided meditation scripts, mindfulness meditation teacher certifications, and brandable curriculum. Practicing mindfulness allows us to relate to ourselves and others with greater care and wisdom.
