This podcast is more like an audio book/TV series but as personable as a conversation. We take a journey of Knowledge of Self, Wisdom, and the Actions to Choose with that Power. There is Power in the Question, and I try to have you ask a question in a place you never have. I discuss the Power we have and how we give it away through Belief. This is why you feel power-Less and "they" Appear Power Full. I discuss my ideas and perspectives, like how I believe we are stuck in the Holy Trinity, and it all starts with Today, Yesterday, and Tomorrow. I discuss how everyone has the same Choice of Fear or Faith in everything we do and/or don't do.
But first, it starts with Knowledge of Self. So I take you on a journey of Knowledge of Self in Season 1 to remind you that history is not more important than Your-Story. I do that by telling you some of my journeys in "Story Time with Q." That's where I tell you about my pain and the lessons from them I learned. 

Each episode is connected and stands alone. I also take the journey with you as we ease on down the road Together. I learned more about doing a podcast and getting better with each episode. In my opinion 😁
