Hello everyone, my name is Camron Gran. A year ago I checked myself into a partial hospitalization program and learned a lot about DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Skills. Something I noticed. There isn't a lot of immediate information for help in the mental help field. And just hearing about some of these skills would have helped me.
