Welcome to CrossFit vs. Pregnancy with coach and CrossFit enthusiast, Meisha Pijot.


The podcast for the first time or new fit mum who’s looking for reassurance and guidance about training throughout their pregnancy.


When Meisha began to try for a baby, she wanted to understand the possibilities of (or lack of) training whilst pregnant and realised that there wasn't one, go to place for new mums to explore and educate themselves about any do's or don't's.

As well as following her personal pregnancy journey whilst aiming to maintain her intense, CrossFit training, Meisha will host athletes, coaches and even an ex-midwife to share their wisdom of training throughout pregnancy.
