The Power Of Surrender

Think of Yin and Yang. Yin is passive, receptive, peaceful and soft. It is surrending to the forces of nature. Yang force is the more contracting, forceful, forward moving, pressure-creating. My brand new podcast that harnesses the power of relaxation and hypnosis to help you fall asleep easily every night.  I’ve been a hypnotherapist since 1999, and I’ve helped a lot of people who wrestle with sleep issues. So on Sleep Magic, I’m going to be using my techniques to make suggestions that help you to make friends with sleep again.  We aren't going to aim at sleep directly though, because that doesn't work very well. You've probably tried to make yourself sleep many times, and that's what got you here. Sleep isn't a skill you can learn, it's a STATE you ALLOW. But you can learn how to relax; relaxing is a skill that you will develop, by joining me each week, taking yourself deeper and deeper every night. And the nice thing about relaxation?
