Hosts Benji Tucker and Chris Lee break down the many myths of a fitness industry packed with charlatans, fraudulent supplements, and misinformation. Society has conditioned our minds into believing it’s acceptable to be physically weak and neglect our health but the repercussions of this are record levels of obesity, mental health disorders, and loss of ones sense of purpose. It is Benji and Chris’ goal to provide an entire generation with the antidote to this grave injustice and chaos that accompanies modernity.
