Welcome to Let's Go Heal. I started this podcast because I wanted to bring awareness to healing in the Black community. Our community has lacked the vulnerability of being open about mental health and wellness and that's something I want to change. I love supporting mental health and wellness, and I also love honoring our ancestors, because they didn't have the space to heal due to what they endured. The stigma around mental health in the Black community is real, and it has been carried for generations. This is a space where we can be open, be honest, and begin to heal together.
