A weekly podcast hosted by former Royal Marines Commando Harry Shepherd, and Personal Trainer Eddie Rex.
In ‘Lifting The Lid’, the boys pull back the curtain on life in the Royal Marines. From dodgy communal showering, to arctic training in Norway, they explore the good, bad, and ugly aspects of being a Commando.
In ‘Below The Bar’, the boys attempt to tackle the pressing issues of the day with a generous serving of immature humour, dubious opinions, and unsolicited advice. Everything is up for debate, so tune in and witness them cling to what little dignity they still possess.
