The host, Spencer Nix, holds a master's degree in neuroscience & applied cognition as well as being a gym owner for 15 years. He has traveled the world coaching coaches. His facility (also called Behavior & Performance Research) serves as a "test kitchen" for all the protocols, tools and frameworks discussed.
