I’m Tara and I’m here to empower you to feel strong in your body, confident to take up space, and cultivate that badassery you’ve been holding back (yes, I did just make up the word badassery). You’re here because you know there is more to life than just losing weight and feeling self-conscious in your body and you’re ready to go after it! Because at BROADS, we’re redefining fitness, confidence, and what it means to be a badass woman. And yes, I 100% made a new word there with bad-assery.
