At least 55 million people worldwide are believed to be living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias.  Alzheimer’s disease is an irreversible degeneration of the brain that causes disruptions in memory, cognition , and other functions. Each day, thousands of families are forever changed by this disease.  An Alzheimer’s diagnosis is now more feared than cancer, and each year thousands of families are forever changed by this disease.
