Jill isn't just helping people “feel better, ” she guides them to live better with insight, inner peace, and renewed self-trust during some of life’s most uncertain moments. A structured, supportive approach (not just "go meditate") using mindfulness, meditation, and coaching tools that are simple, calming, and empowering.
