Our intentions of this podcast is to provide a safe space to converse our spirtual, non-linear healing journeys and our experiences in spirtual awakenings. We welcome all stages of anyone's journey in trying to understand themselves in combination with the world we live in. We want to normalize emotions, feelings, and triggers in consideration of the topics of spirtuality, healing, mental health, evolving, consciousness, shamans, mediums, 'the light and the dark', dark night of the soul and so much more!
