A survivor led podcast focused on the realities of domestic violence, including narcissistic abuse. Each episode examines the psychological, emotional, and practical barriers that make leaving an abusive relationship so difficult. We break down common narcissistic traits, such as manipulation, gaslighting, control, lack of empathy, and image management, and how these behaviors trap partners in cycles of fear, confusion, and self-doubt. Through firsthand survivor stories, practical conversations, and personal insight, we explore what abuse truly looks like, feels like, and sounds like behind closed doors. This podcast exists to educate, validate survivors, and challenge the harmful myth that leaving is simple.
