The Walking Session Podcast is a reflective mental health podcast designed to be listened to while you walk.

Hosted by psychologist Maz Miller, each episode explores the real-life thoughts, feelings, patterns, and pressures many of us carry quietly; from anxiety, burnout and perfectionism to boundaries, self-worth, grief, overwhelm and the messy business of being human.

It is not therapy, and it is not a replacement for professional support. Think of it as a walking companion; a chance to move your body, clear your head, and reflect on what might be going on beneath the surface.

Whether you are therapy-curious, already doing inner work, or simply need a moment to step outside and reconnect with yourself, The Walking Session offers grounded reflections, practical prompts, and gentle encouragement to help you take the next small step.
