Fit for a Comeback was created specifically to help individuals rebuild their strength, fitness, and confidence after life’s setbacks. There are two sides to every comeback: the deeply personal journey of overcoming physical, mental, or emotional challenges—and the practical steps it takes to reclaim your health, whether after an injury, surgery, or major life shift. Hosted by Nick Venuti, a former chef whose own journey took a dramatic turn after chronic back pain and a trimalleolar ankle fracture, this podcast is rooted in experience. Frustrated by the healthcare system’s “band-aid” solutions, Nick went back to college in his late 20s to study exercise physiology. Since then, he’s built a business that helps everyone from professional athletes to everyday people regain their strength, overcome setbacks, and reclaim their lives. Each weekly episode combines real-life stories, expert interviews, and actionable advice to guide you through the process of starting over and rising stronger.
