You’ll learn how to heal burnout at the root, with tools for nervous system support, hormone balance, and daily habits that actually work in real life.
Every episode is a reminder that you are not alone and that it’s never too late to reset your health, your energy, and your life.

Hey, I’m Shannon, wife, mom of two, former corporate leader turned small business owner who knows exactly what burnout feels like.
I spent years climbing the corporate ladder, working 12-hour days, and missing out on the life happening right in front of me.
Add in perimenopause, low energy, and the pressure to “do it all,” and I was completely depleted.
I thought working harder was the answer;  it wasn’t. Everything changed when I got honest about my hormones, my boundaries, my energy, and my faith.
Now I run my own business, end my day on my terms, and am fully present with my family.

That’s why I created Midlife Mom Reset,  to give you the tools, encouragement, and faith-filled clarity to stop surviving and start living again.
