Description

If your child worries, chances are you worry too. About them. About whether you are getting this right. The Worry Wizard Podcast was built for exactly that moment. I am Amy, The Worry Wizard. An accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience supporting children and the grownups who love them. Alongside family therapist Denise Bevan, I explore children's worries, emotional wellbeing, and the questions that keep grownups awake at night. Not fixing. Not managing. Understanding. Each episode runs for around 15 to 20 minutes and explores a theme. From the worries children carry at bedtime to the questions grownups lie awake with. Through warm conversation and gentle storytelling, we offer something to hold onto. Not techniques to master. Invitations to wonder differently. You will leave each episode feeling a little less alone with it. This podcast is freely available because no family should have to navigate worries without support. You are very welcome here. Perfect for: child anxiety, worried children, children's emotional wellbeing, big feelings, sensitive children, bedtime worries, childhood worries, supporting anxious children, parenting support, emotional regulation, child mental health, parenting highly sensitive children, therapy informed parenting.
