I’m a Registered Dietitian, postpartum weight loss coach, mom, and someone who has absolutely eaten dinner standing over the sink while the baby cried and the laundry buzzed. I have lived the exhaustion, the cravings, the “why am I still so hungry,” the dinner time panic, and the feeling of wondering if I’ll ever feel like myself again.
Every week, I help moms understand what is really going on with their postpartum bodies, simplify meals in a way that does not require perfection, and rebuild confidence without dieting or tracking every crumb.
