Description

A podcast for women over 30 rebuilding their lives after loss and major life changes.

Sometimes life doesn’t gently nudge you toward change. It burns down the version of life you thought you were going to have.

A marriage ends. Your career changes or disappears. Motherhood changes you. Your body or health forces you onto a path you never expected. Suddenly, you’re looking at a life that looks nothing like the one you planned.

If you’re somewhere in the messy work of figuring out what comes next, you’re not alone. This show is for you.

Hosted by Kori Rae Kovacs — Registered Nurse, storyteller, and a woman who has spent the last decade rebuilding her own life after it came crashing down — The Phoenix Perspective explores women’s health, personal growth, and spirituality through honest conversations with experts, fascinating women, and lessons from Kori’s own messy journey.

We talk about what rebuilding actually looks like: caring for your body through stress, hormones, illness, and age; navigating divorce, motherhood, relationships, career changes, and financial uncertainty; rebuilding confidence and self-trust; and exploring purpose, identity, spirituality, love, and joy.

Because there is still so much life available to you.

You can fall in love again. Dream new dreams. Discover parts of yourself you’ve never known. Make mistakes. Have adventures. Laugh until your stomach hurts. Find meaningful work. Dance in the kitchen.

Your life can still be beautiful, even if it looks nothing like the one you thought you’d have.

And here, both can be true. You can grieve what you lost and love what you have. You can carry the ashes and still experience incredible joy.

You don’t have to figure out what comes next alone. There’s room for you here.
