We all experience joys, milestones, pride, sadness, difficulties, burnout, doubt, comparison and most definitely – who am I now?  We don’t have all the answers but together we can normalise the experiences through real talk, honest discussions and supporting each other to navigate the greatest job you will ever have, with no training!
