Welcome to the Strength With G Podcast, where I explore what it means to get stronger, physically, mentally, and in life. I’m Georgia, a parkour coach based in London. I help women get stronger at parkour through strength training, nutrition and community. I’ve been through my fair share of challenges over the years and I want to show you that no matter your starting point, no matter how hard life might feel right now, there is a future where you can get strong and fall in love with movement again.
