Years of radio broadcast experience (including an amazing speaking voice), plus a mid-life awakening concerning the toxic fundamentalist Christianity he'd embraced, equals a safe home for former and questioning believers.

Seth Andrews, a former Christian broadcaster and believer for 30 years, ultimately escaped the bonds of superstitious thinking to embrace the more satisfying explanations that science provides.

A professional video producer and host of one of the most popular atheist communities on the internet, Seth Andrews brings a polished format, a relaxed environment and a rage-free challenge to the religious beliefs that defined his youth.

Is Cheese Powder Actual Cheese? (And more answers to life's burning questions)
Here's another fun distraction from the usual topics, and a great chance to think about some of the things we do and say every day. Why do they call a ship's command center a "bridge?" These are the types of probing (and entertaining) questions we explore this week. Enjoy!

Why Religion is Not Necessary for Living an Ethical Life (with Phil Zuckerman)
Atheists hear this question constantly: How can you be moral without God (or religion)?

Phil Zuckerman is a professor of sociology and secular studies, and he's author of the new book, "What it Means to be Moral: Why Religion is Not Necessary for Living an Ethical Life."
