The BAM Hole is a comedy podcast hosted by multi-award-winning comedy duo and married couple Bec & Sam Bartley (@bamcomedyuk). Every episode is inspired by a different reality show currently on telly. We chat about what we love, what drives us mad, and the ways it weirdly overlaps with our own lives.

Expect zesty chat, organised fun, improv, characters, questionable impressions and "special guests" all wrapped up with an original comedy song inspired by the reality TV show in question. Who's excited? We are!
